About the Owner:

Originally from the New Orleans area, Kellie Bischof has been practicing yoga for fourteen years and teaching for seven. She was originally trained by Bruce Shoemaker of Yoga Nation Ennis located in Texas, in the practice of Baptiste based Vinyasa AKA Power Yoga, as well as Restorative Yin.  She also trained closely with Lisa Ware of Yoga 4 Love located in Ovila, Tx.  In 2015, Kellie and fellow fitness enthusiast Shannon Cox opened a fitness variety studio, Blue Arrow Fitness, in the Dallas Metro area. In addition to her own studio, Kellie taught regularly at several locations in the Dallas area, including gyms, group fitness centers, public schools, hospitals, business offices, nursing homes, and other studio settings. In 2017, she was certified in the "Foundations in Yin Yoga" teacher training program at Josh Summer's School of Yin Yoga in New York.  In 2018 she opened Blue Arrow Yoga & Spa in the yellow New Orlean's style shotgun house on Fremeaux Avenue in Old Town Slidell, LA. as the sole owner/operator. Blue Arrow offers a wonderful variety of yoga classes from beginner to advanced, and Kellie personally offers Daily and Weekend Retreats, as well as Off-Site Workshops, Corporate Wellness Presentations and Private Yoga Instruction.
